Merlinda Francois was born and raised on the island of Dominica in the Caribbean by a single mother. She left to go to University cause she wanted to taste travel and adventure but always came back home. The youngest of 6, Merlinda learnt the art of selling at the age of 12 and today she is a business coach for women of color, teaching how to develop an entrepreneurial mindset to build generational wealth. This is her story.

She is the founder of Merlinda Francois Consultancy Ltd (MFC), a company pioneering livelihood enhancement in personal life + business.
She has over 7 years’ experience in business development, project planning and knowledge management.
Through her 1-2-1 coaching container and group programs, she guides entrepreneurs to overcome scarcity and reduce dependency to build sustainable businesses with ease.
Merlinda brings her rich career experiences to the table offering a unique perspective that marries academic theory with real-world experiences.
She recently became an executive contributor at Brainz Magazine and is the PR Director for the Rotary Club of Dominica.
Her mission is to help ambitious entrepreneurs to find direction with their businesses and use their natural skills and knowledge to increase their earning potential.
She is the host of a business Podcast on iTunes - The Livelihood Matters Podcast aimed at providing the tools and resources to grow online.
